Mitchell Jetstream LS200 Lap Steel Guitar - Deco Blue

Bring a distinctive new voice into your rig with a lap steel designed to stay useful well beyond the first few sessions. The Mitchell Jetstream LS200 Lap Steel Guitar gives guitarists and multi-instrumentalists an approachable step up from a basic starter instrument, pairing a lightweight paulownia body with a cream P90-style soapbar single-coil pickup, precise 18:1 tuning machines and a premium low-profile bridge. Its 6-string format works with familiar amps, pedals and recording setups, while the side-mounted output jack keeps connections tidy. Bold two-tone finishes inspired by classic American automotive design give the LS200 a look as individual as its sound.

Soapbar Single-Coil Pickup Delivers Classic Steel Character

A cream P90-style soapbar single-coil pickup gives the Jetstream LS200 the clear, expressive voice associated with classic lap steel tones. It provides a direct electric sound for learning parts, recording lines and adding steel-guitar texture to existing songs, whether the musical setting calls for country, Hawaiian, Western Swing, blues, Americana, rock or ambient sounds.

Low-Profile Bridge and Precise Tuners Support Comfortable Playing

The premium string-through low-profile bridge provides a smooth, comfortable playing surface, while 18:1 tuning machines make fine adjustments and alternate tunings easier to manage. A metal nut and chrome hardware keep the construction simple and direct, and the side-mounted output jack works with the amps, pedals and recording interfaces guitarists already use.

Mid-Century Colors Define the Jetstream Look

The LS200 pairs its lap steel platform with bold two-tone finishes inspired by classic American automotive design. Candy Red, Deco Blue and Minty Wave give the Jetstream family a distinctive visual personality, while cupcake-style control knobs reinforce its vintage-inspired layout. For players ready to explore lap steel without moving to a more specialized instrument, the Mitchell Jetstream LS200 combines classic single-coil character, player-friendly hardware and retro styling in a distinctive 6-string design.
